How long will it take to prepare my sheet music?
It depends! If we have the base file already in our database then it is possible to complete within a week or less. Difficult arrangements will take longer. When we quote we will be able to give you a completion date.

What will be the final charge?
Our price will not change from that quoted.

Can I change my mind?
Yes, but there may be a charge if we have already started work on the piece, so let us know as soon as you know!

What happens if someone is ill or pulls out at the last minute?
Our price reflects this, we will carry out minor amendments free of charge, but the shorter the notice the more difficult it will be for us to assist.
